AsianBus / Britbus / Base Toys
 
The first model release from AsianBus, a company derived from ABC Models, was released in December 2002. Ox Transport Models are also derived from ABC models and issue predominantly service and utility vehicles.

John Ayrey Diecasts import both Ox and AsianBus models, making them generally available here in the UK.

Model AS1005, released in Hong Kong in March 2004, was packaged as a BritBus model.

The Base Toys range was announced in late 2006 and covers 1/76th scale UK lorries in plain (base) colours for the buyer to decorate themselves. The MCW Metrorider is believed to be their only 'bus' model and is in the colours of Malaysion (Kuala Lumpur) bus operator Intrakota.
