| The model
- this kit represents a choice of two Leyland Victory Mk 2s that operated
for Citybus at the commencement of 'Network 26' operations in August 1993.
The decal sheet allows a choice of either vehicle registration number CY3188
(fleet no. 43) or CY857 (fleet no. 45).
The bus
- Both vehicles were acquired by Citybus in August 1993 from New Lantao
Bus to cater for the additional routes Citybus had won from China Motor
Bus. They carried an all white livery at this time, as carried by the model.
Fleet no. 43 was originally new to KMB in
February 1983, where it was numbered G542. It was subsequently sold to
New Lantao Bus in January 1991. Fleet no. 45 was new to KMB in January
1983, where it was numbered G527. It was sold to New Lantao Bus in March
1985.
