The model - in early December 2009, the Concorde Hobby Shop website gave details of four versions of this resin short Dragon. They were expected for release in January. Three versions were eventually released on 2nd May 2010 with the fourth being released in early July 2010.

The busKowloon Motor Bus ordered 30 short wheelbase air-conditioned Dennis Dragons in 1993 and these were delivered between August and December that same year. These featured Duple Metsec's standard bodywork. Hong Kong legislation on vehicle axle weights made it necessary for these short buses to be fitted with a third axle. A further 115 examples (ADS31-ADS145) were delivered between February and July 1996. A further batch of 40 (ADS146-ADS185) were delivered between December 1996 and February 1997 and the final batch (ADS186 - ADS235) were delivered between January 1999 and July 1999.
