Following successful
trials of ATSE1, the first of KMB's Alexander Dennis
Enviro400, an
order for fifty further buses was placed in February 2012 with delivery
expected in the final quarter of 2012. A further order of fifty buses
was announced in November 2012.
The first of the batch (ATSE2-5) were registered on 9th November 2012
and the following day saw ATSE3 and ATSE4 enter service on routes 60X and 59M
respectively.
By 21st February 2013, ATSE51 had been registered, which is believed to be the final vehicle of this batch.
