The Big Bus Company Sightseeing

On 1st December 2008, The Big Bus Company announced they were to commence operations in Hong Kong.

Trial runs operating a non-stop circular route on Kowloon side (the blue route) started on Monday 15th December, these being offered at a special rate. The full service was launched in January 2009.

By 16th January, all seven of Big Bus's ex-NWFB/CMB Condors had been registered. They also had received fleet numbers, which are displayed in the nearside of the windscreen.

This new Chinese built Anhui Ankai Automobile Limited Company double-decker arrived in late November 2009

The second Anhui Ankai bus arrived in April 2010 and was allocated the fleet number (10) and registration (FW 7510) of former Big Bus and Argos Dennis Dominator. It is pictured here in May 2010. Further photographs can be found at Philip Chan's Picasaweb Album.

Two further Anhui Ankai double deckers arrived in August 2010 and were allocated fleet numbers 11 (PK 3246) and 12 (PK 2908).
