a bus
operator in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia officially received their new
Alexander Dennis Enviro500 double-deck buses on 16th May 2015 from the
manufacturer. A total number of 40 double-deck buses have been ordered and three buses attended the handing over ceremony. It is anticipated that these buses will enter revenue service in September. Below are the technical specs for the new RapidKL's ADL Enviro500 bus; Total Purchased : 40 Units CCTV : 8 (lower & upper decks) Dimension : 2.5m width, 12m length, 4.2m height License to Carry : 30 seated & 25 standing (lower deck), 53 seated (upper deck).
