This year sees this site celebrating it's 10th Anniversary. Since it's launch back in November 1998, it has developed well beyond my expectations and into a site covering a wide variety of oriental bus related items, as well as increased coverage of 'real' bus news. In an attempt to ensure that it continues to provide you with what you consider important, I would ask that you spend a minute or two in completing a simple survey, which can be found by following this link (link no longer available) -  Thank you.

The two KMB Dennis Dragon resin models from P & T Model were released in Hong Kong yesterday. Both are numbered B0026, with 200 pieces of each version. Version A features 3N2 (CV2718) on route 112 to So Uk, and Version B features 3N3 (CW5424) on route 5 to Star Ferry. Neither carry KMB logos and interestingly 3N3 has a depot code K (Kwun Tong Depot) on the front, but 3N2 doesn't. Further photographs will be added shortly.

For the second month in a row, Donald MacRae, regular contributor to this site, has his photographs featured in Buses Magazine. 'Hong Kong's double deckers' is the theme this time, making a colourful centre-page spread in the February edition of the magazine.  Donald's huge selection of photographs can be found at his Fotopic site, VictoryGuy's Photo Gallery. As mentioned, Donald regularly  contributes to this site, always offering photographs of the actual bus after a new model has been announced. This was typified recently with him sending me photos of KMB's 3N2, as soon as details of the resin model emerged - these can be found by following the link. Well done Donald and thank you.

The Chinese Zodiac page is currently undergoing alterations, with a view to showing thumbnail images of all the Zodiac models from all the bus operators. Completed so far are the KMB models.

With the various Year of the Rat/Mouse liveries beginning to appear on the actual buses, I would welcome any photos of these buses, in order that they may be added to the Xtra section of the site.
