Announcement

After more than 18 years maintaining this site, I have, after long and careful consideration, decided to cease updates for the foreseeable future.

With the increase in popularity of social media together with other sites and groups, details of new models are now readily available. Of late it has become increasingly more time consuming in seeking out the detailed information for my site, information that previously was willingly provided by manufacturers.

I would like to take this opportunity to thank all of you who have contributed over the years, making the site what it is today. The site has also enabled me to make many good friends, both here in the UK and also in Hong Kong, for which I will always be grateful.

The site will continue to be available on-line for the immediate future.

Thank you

Graham

A lack of time has prevented me uploading the photographs from yesterdays Hong Kong Transport Society's annual bus rally, so may I suggest you take a look at Philip Chan's excellent Google site.

I am now on holiday for two weeks and there will be no updates during this period.

The Hong Kong Transport Society held its annual bus rally today and I am grateful to Philip Chan and Bobby Liu for providing a selection of photographs of the event, more of which will be added shortly. Unfortunately neither KMB nor Discovery Bay Transit took part.

This China Motor Bus Leyland Olympian has now been released by Model 1. As previously mentioned (see News 22nd January) this model is limited to members of Network Shuttle's loyalty points scheme. It features LM5 on route 42 to Wah Fu.
