Kowloon Motor Bus operated a '60M Red Bus Cruise' this weekend, with all buses on route 60M being operated by new red liveried buses. Whilst the route is normally operated by buses from Tuen Mun Depot, to achieve this buses from Shatin and Kowloon Bay were used. Two of the above photographs show the destination equipment showing the company's slogan 'Heartbeat of the City'. Larger images are available by 'clicking' each image.
I am grateful to Watt Yung for allowing me to share his photographs.

Whilst on the subject of trams, I am grateful to Steve Smith for informing me of the presence of a different 'Rimowa' liveried tram to that listed on this site. His 'find' carries fictitious fleet no. 1898 and features different ladies wheeling the luggage. Any further information on this version would be appreciated. Meanwhile, further photographs have been added to the 'Rimowa' tram page.

Whilst updates to the Xtra section of the site will be limited until the model lists have been fully updated, with the recent arrival of the first two ADL 'facelift' Enviro500s to carry KMB's new livery, I couldn't resist publishing Philip Chan's excellent shot of ATENU1242. No doubt the subject of a future model or two!

4th October 2017

After careful consideration, I have decided to re-upload the site and work is presently underway to update the various pages that contain lists of models. With over 80 model releases since I ceased updates to the site in March, this is taking some time.

I hope to recommence 'News' updates soon after.
