The Model 1 New Lantao Bus 'Year of the Dog' liveried MAN A95 has been released in Hong Kong today (63213).
The last of KMB's Berkhof and Volgren bodied MAN 24.310 were retired this week. AMN26 (top), one of the batch of 30 Berkhof bodied examples, was retired on 28th June along with AMN27 and AMN29. It is pictured at Tuen Mun in November 2016. Meanwhile, AMN42 was the last of the Volgren batch (17 buses) to survive and was retired on 23rd June. AMN40, the first of this batch, was captured in November 2016 alongside another MAN, this being a recently delivered (at that time) AMNF5, a Gemilang bodied MAN A95.
As reported yesterday, Kowloon Motor Bus has just registered its first red 12.8m 'facelift' Enviro500s. 3ATENU158 (top image) was spotted earlier today on route 968 to Tin Hau whilst 3ATENU89 (bottom), registered on 12th July 2016, was seen operating the same route. I prefer the red!!! 30th June 2018

Registered yesterday was the first 12 metre Euro 6 compliant 'facelift' Enviro500 for Citybus. 8538 (VN 5149) is seen here earlier today, it's first day of service, on route 780 to Chai Wan.
Meanwhile Kowloon Motor Bus has registered it's first red 12.8 metre 'facelift' Enviro500 - in fact 18 of them in the last 4 days! They are 3ATENU153 - 3ATENU170, I wonder how long before a model arrives? 29th June 2018

New World First Bus 6198 (VN 3117) is the first Euro 6 compliant 12.8 metre 'facelift' Enviro500 for the fleet, being registered on 26th June and entering service today.

Former New World First Bus 'lowheight' Dennis Trident 3343 (KR 5406) has been transferred to the Citybus non-franchised fleet.
Citybus launched a new route 22 today, operating between Kowloon Tong (Festival Walk) and the Kai Tak Cruise Terminal - larger images are 'clickable'. 24th June 2018

KMB's ATENU class was introduced in April 2013 and it passed the 1,500 mark on 21st June with the registration of ATENU1500 (VN2063). It is captured today operating on route 101 during a heavy shower whilst approaching the Cross Harbour Tunnel.
The first Wright Streetdeck integral double decker for Hong Kong was seen at the To Kwa Wan vehicle examination centre for type approval on the 13th June. 23rd June 2018

June, these being from a new manufacturer, Cen Model. I have

received notification that production of these models has been
cancelled and anyone who has paid in advance for them will be given a

A few days away and
everything happens!!
Firstly, these two Kowloon Motor Bus Neoplan Centroliners are set for release shortly. The champagne version is on route 68M to Tsuen Wan Station and limited to 750 pieces (KMB2018075). The pearlescent green version is on route 66X to Olympic Station and is limited to 650 pieces (KMB2018068). Both images are 'clickable'.
Above is a pre-production sample of a new casting of an Alexander bodied Mercedes-Benz 0.305, which is from Creative Bus Model and set for release in July. As mentioned, this photograph is of pre-production sample and therefore is subject to some minor changes. You can check out their Facebook page for future updates, which will also be posted here.
Model 1 are to release five versions of the Citybus MAN NL262 in standard Citybus livery :-
And finally, a further 12.8 metre ADL 'facelift' Enviro500 in Long Win Bus livery has been announced, this time featuring 1506 (UD 6053) on route A31. This is limited to 1,200 pieces (KMB-M-2017053). 12th June 2018

Released in Hong Kong today is this pair of China Motor Bus DMS. XF112 (CW 1797) on route 83 to Chai Wan (DC1016) and XF169 (CZ 8538) on route 5A to Happy Valley (DC1017). Each is limited to 400 pieces. 7th June 2018

A new page has now been added for the Ma Pak Leung liveried Scania K230UB featuring ASB20 (CR188001).
ATENU1462 along with ATENU1463 are the most recent additions to the KMB fleet, both being registered on 1st June 2018.
Set for release tomorrow in Hong Kong are the two Buses Model Co. Alexander bodied Daimler Fleetlines LF109 (BLC109010) and LF118 (BLC118002). 3rd June 2018
