The model - two versions of this model were announced in late January 2010 and these were released in Hong Kong on 10th February - a third version was released at the end of February. It is believed that the quantity for Versions A and C are 210 pieces each whilst that for Version B is 80 pieces. KMB logos are enclosed for the purchaser to apply.

The bus - 3N190, 3N174 and 3N168 were all part a batch of one-hundred and eighty-eight 12 metre Dennis Dragons with Duple Metsec bodywork that entered service with Kowloon Motor Bus between 1983 and 1986. All were fitted with three doors and had a passenger capacity of over 150!
