China Flxible Automotive Company LTD was founded in September 1992, which was a joint venture established by China Changzhou bus manufacturer and the United States Flxible Corporation company. It produced and sold the Flxible brand in China. The United States Flxible company ceased trading in 1995, however the China Changzhou bus manufacturer kept producing Flxible brand bus up until 2001.
