The model
- details of this model were received on 17th December 2023. In
a joint venture, Big Bus Tours and Ngong Ping 360 launched the first
sightseeing bus route on Lantau Island on 29th November 2023
and fleet no. 13 (JD5739) received this special livery. It is
understood Big Bus Tours specially commissioned this model, which is
currently not on general sale. Appropriately the model is limited to 360 pieces!
UPDATE 20th January 2024 - 80M bus Model Shop has announced, via its Facebook page, that it has a small number of these models available.
The bus
- Big Bus Hong Kong took delivery of seventeen Ankai open top buses
between 26th November 2009 and 23rd October 2015, with this example,
allocated fleet number 13, being registered on 13th October
2011. In a joint venture, Big Bus Tours and Ngong Ping 360
launched the first sightseeing bus route on Lantau Island
on 29th November 2023.
