The model - this is one of two MTR Feeder Bus liveried Fleetlines announced by P&T in early February 2019, the other features D28 (DC1025). Both were released on 27th February. 

The bus - D25 was the first of a batch of twenty former London Transport DMSs to enter service with Citybus between 1983 and 1985. It was new to London Transport as DMS 2144 (OJD 144R) in 1976. It was first registered in Hong Kong on 1st August 1983 and was later converted to open-top.
