The model -  Drumwell's first Dennis Dragon casting represents KMB's AD42, The model was released in Hong Kong in December 2000, being offered to EFE "subscribers" in October 2001 (see 99502).

The bus - AD42 is one of 360 11-metre Dragons with Duple Metsec bodywork, delivered between 1991 and 1997. All feature air-conditioning, bonded glazing and carry the standard air-con livery of mainly white, with a grey lower skirt and red pinstripe. AD42 is one of the second batch of these vehicles, entering service in March 1992. The first batch (AD2 - AD21) are distinguishable by their shallow front bumper bar.
