The model The third version of this model was released on 7th August 2001, and features Fleet No. 838. Unlike the previous two versions, this model carries no passengers and does not come in a paint tin. The official release comes in a clear plastic box.

The bus - Citybus have 80 12-metre air-conditioned Dennis Dragons, the first batch of 30 being delivered in early 1995. These buses were unusual in as much as, whilst their Duple Metsec bodies were supplied in kit form, as are a large number of Hong Kong buses, they were actually assembled in Portugal! They also feature an Alexander-style fronts, making them easily identifiable as Citybus vehicles.

Fleet number 838 is one of the second batch of 30, introduced in late 1995/early 1996. This batch were the first to have the reduced 2 + 2 seating arrangement (previously all were 3 + 2), giving increased passenger comfort, another innovation from Citybus. This model carries China Paint "Flower" brand livery, as applied to the original vehicle.
