The model - This Jubilant was included in the "Coming Soon" section of the Collector's Model June-December 1999 Catalogue. Only two of these models were produced, one of which was the prize offered to the lucky person who bought the Hong Kong version of the Caltex liveried Victory (Model No. V111B), in which was a numbered certificate. The winning number, announced at the end of May 2000 was 184!

What happened to the second model and were you the lucky winner?

Update  -  9th March 2003
