The model - the third release from the Best Choose Model Co, and the second new double deck casting in 3 months, was released in Hong Kong in July 2002. It features China Motor Bus fleet no. S5, a short wheelbase Guy Arab Mk V.
   
The bus - S5 was delivered new to CMB in 1965 as a single-decker, but later converted to a double-decker.
