The model
- this is one of three Metrorider models released in December 2016,
the others being China Motor Bus CM1 (CB-12) and CM2 (CB-13).
I
managed to acquire this model in March 2026 via a Chinese on-line
selling site. Upon it's arrival I discovered that it came with a
limited edition certificate for KB-02, which has a quantity of 1,008.The bus
- Kowloon Motor Bus registered its first Metrorider in August 1988 and
it received the registration DY6050. It was joined by a second
example in November that same year, which became EA4591. In 1991 they
were numbered AMR1 and AMR2 respectively. Both were sold in 1993.
