The model - details of this new casting from Model 1 were announced in mid July 2018 and it was released on 16th November 2018.

The bus - MS13 is the newest of three such vehicles currently in the New Lantao fleet, having been registered on 21st March 2013. The other two,  MS14 & MS15, were both registered in September 2009.
