The model - this is the second release of a Year of the Snake liveried Gemini 2, the first version (DW10512) selling out soon after its release in January. This model was issued on 6th June 2013.

The bus - AVBWU242 is one of two-hundred and ninety Volvo B9TLs with Wrights Gemini 2 bodywork which entered service between April 2010 and May 2012 being registered on 19th March 2012.
