The model - to mark the 10th anniversary of Model 1 in October 2020, the company commissioned advertising on two buses, one being New World First Bus Wright Eclipse Gemini 2 bodied Volvo B9TL 4503 and the other being Citybus 12.8 metre ADL 'facelift' Enviro500 6419. Having previously released both these buses in model form, the company re-issued these with the addition of decals to mark this anniversary. The quantity for this model and the original are a combined 688 pieces. Details of the Citybus model can be found here (63347B) whilst details of the original release of 4503 can be found here (63603).

Owing to a shortage of models of the original release of 4503, Model 1 subsequently altered the fleet number number of 63601, which was originally 4523, to 4503, enabling them to represent the actual bus and this model was allocated a product code of 63601A. Just to add confusion, a few models were released with the original fleet number of 4523, but with 10th anniversary decals - see 63601C.

The bus - New World First Bus took delivery of thirty 11.3 metre Wright Eclipse Gemini 2 bodied Volvo B9TLs between May 2015 and February 2016, allocating them the fleet numbers 4500-4529. 4503 was first registered 22nd June 2015.
