The model - this is one of two 1/43 scale Wright Eclipse Gemini 2 bodied Volvo B9TLs announced by Kowloon Motor Bus on 26th July, the other featuring AVBWU785 in red livery (KMB2018029). This version was available at KMB's 'pop-up' store at Olympian City 2 on 7th August 2019 and went on general release on 13th August.

The bus - Kowloon Motor Bus took delivery of almost 800 such buses between March 2010 and July 2018 (correct to 7th June 2019) with AVBWU660 being first registered on 25th September 2017.
