The model - this model is one of a set of three Olympians issued as 'The Olympian Story'. See 45004a and 45004b for the two other models.

The bus - VA64 was one of CMB's 14 Volvo Olympians and was the last new bus to join the CMB fleet.

Her silver livery, with blue relief was developed from the previous white and blue version. Whilst this final livery is distinctive, most Chinese people found the livery to be unattractive and believed that this very unlucky combination of colours was actually responsible for the demise of the CMB!
