This vehicle started it's life in the UK
as a double decker with Ribble Motor Services, being fleet number 1503.
In September 1972 it was registered in Hong Kong as fleet number PD19,
being withdrawn in 1977 and being converted to this service vehicle. A
photograph of the actual vehicle is found on page 152 of Mike Davis's excellent
book "Hong Kong Buses - China Motor Bus".
