The model - this
is one of two former Long Win Bus Enviro500s announced on 18th
July 2023 and released on 22nd July. The other features ATEU39, still
in Long Win's orange and white livery (KMB2023021).
The
bus - Long
Win Bus 8401 was first registered 19th May 2009. In May 2020 several of
this batch of Enviro500s were transferred to the Kowloon Motor Bus
fleet. 8401 ultimately became ATEU37 in the KMB fleet and contrary to
KMB's policy of applying the new red livery only to new buses, this bus
was outshopped in this new livery in May 2021.
