The model - This is one of three KMB liveried DMS released by P&T Diecast in April 2017, the others feature 2D8 (DC1005) and 2D74 (DC1007).
The bus - Kowloon Motor Bus purchased 100 former London Transport Daimler Fleetlines in 1981. Unlike China Motor Bus, KMB specified a requirement for Leyland 0.680 engines.
