The model - this is one of two MTR Feeder Bus liveried Fleetlines announced by P&T in early February 2019, the other features D25 (DC1024). Both were released on 27th February.

The bus - D28 was one of a batch of twenty former London Transport to enter service with Citybus between 1983 and 1985. It was new to London Transport in 1976 as DMS 2155 (OJD 155R) and was first registered in Hong Kong on 2nd September 1983. It was withdrawn in 1991 when it saw further service in Guangzhou.
