The model - This is one of two releases of this tree cutting Guy Arab released in May 2016, the other being CB10. This version represents the vehicle with headlights positioned either side of the radiator grille. There appears to be two versions of this release, one with metal grilles over the lower windows, as shown above, the other without. My thanks to Ray Ng for highlighting these differences and for providing photographs.  
    
The bus - This short wheelbase Guy Arab Mk V was delivered new to China Motor Bus as a single-decker in 1965, but later converted to a double-decker. Upon withdrawal from service, it was converted to a tree lopper.
