The model - this model appeared in Corgi's 'The Original Omnibus Company' July - December 1997 catalogue, but in the older livery of grey, white and red, (this livery subsequently appeared on Model No 43218 released in December 1998). This model was a UK release only, the Hong Kong version (43202a) carrying the 10th Anniversary signwriting.

The bus - in 1987, Kowloon Canton Railway Corporation set up its Bus Division to operate feeder services for its East Rail and Light Rail networks. 222 is a Leyland Olympian with 11 metre Alexander Royale bodywork in the experimental corporate livery.
