| The model
- first announced on this site on 22 May 2004 was an unconfirmed report
that KMB were to release a model of one of their Volgren bodied buses.
On 18th June 2004, "KMB Today" announced that Cars Workshop would be issuing
a new model featuring one of the company's Volgren bodied MANs, serving
route 260X. The model was released in Hong Kong on 16th July 2004, being
a totally new casting. It comes with a an additional waterslide sheet of
destination blinds.
The bus
- KMB operate 17 Volgren bodied MAN 24.310s, and these are classified in
the AMN class. Numbered AMN31-47, they entered service between April and
August 2002. AMN39 entered service on 22 July 2002. |
