| The model
- following the release in early December 2017 of two versions of this
new casting, two further versions were released on 29th December (see
also DC1013), these representing vehicles from an earlier batch. Being
un-licensed products neither carry fleetnames or logos.
The bus
- Kowloon Motor Bus ordered a total of eighty-eight 9.7 metre MCW
Metrobuses
between 1983 and 1988. The final
eight,
M81-M88, were delivered in November 1989, and were fitted with the more
powerful Cummins L10 engine, producing 280bhp, enabling them to be used
on Route 51, KMB's most difficult route.
