The model - this was one of two versions of ME13 released un-announced in mid-January 2020 featuring Dragon Centre all-over advertising. The other is on route 66M (BR-020).

The bus - ME13 is one of a batch of 40 production models delivered to Kowloon Motor Bus in 1985. This batch followed the successful trials of ME1, registered in 1983.
