The model - this is one of two Alexander R type bodied Dennis Dragons in Kowloon Motor Bus livery released by BusByBono in Late 2016/early 2017.  The second features 3N3 in white/red driver training livery (200103). Being unlicensed products they carry no KMB logos.

The bus - Kowloon Motor Bus took delivery of three Alexander bodied 12-metre Dennis Dragons in 1982, these being 3N1-3. Duple Metsec were successful in supplying the bodywork for the remaining 188 buses of this class, these being delievered between 1983 and 1986. 3N1 and 3N3 later became part of the training bus fleet.
