The model - This model was specially commissioned by Digby's Miniature Automobiles and was limited to just 150 pieces. It is not an official New World First Bus issue and carries no fleetnames.

The following is an extract of Digby's Newsletters - "When NWFB acquired the licence from CMB to operate buses within Hong Kong, they also acquired the entire CMB fleet of buses and ancillary vehicles. Over time all vehicles were re-liveried in the NWFB fleet colours. I have commissioned Supreme to produce exclusively for me a limited issue of 150 pieces of an ex-CMB recovery vehicle now decorated in it's owners new colours".

As it is not a licenced product, a separate decal sheet is supplied, which includes NWFB fleetnames, registration plates for AC4764, Recovery Vehicle plates and most unusually one registration plate for DU4573, a China Motor Bus Mitsubishi Fuso recovery truck. There is no limited edition certificate. The driver's sliding door opens and closes.

The bus - AC4764 was delivered new to China Motor Bus in October 1965, as a short wheel based single deck bus. In September 1972, it received a new double-deck body and was allocated fleet number S25. It was withdrawn in June 1982 and in the following November was converted to a recovery vehicle.
