The model
- this is one of two further Seddon models announced at the end
of September 2024. These models represent the bus as delivered
to Kowloon Motor Bus. Being unlicensed models, they carry no
KMB logos but decals are provided.
The bus
- Kowloon Motor Bus took delivery of one-hundred Seddon Pennine IVs
between
May 1970 and May 1972. They were registered AR7601 - AR7700. Their
appearance changed during their short
life-span, originally featuring curved windscreen and carrying a livery
of cream over red. KMB fitted new basic front-ends to many and
a
simplified grille. Owing to some early withdrawals, not all the buses
received fleet numbers.
AR7604 was first registered on 22nd May 1970. |
