| The model
- this is one of four models of this new casting announced in mid
September 2024 and all were released on 20th September 2024. These models
are based on the buses in mid-term appearance.
Being unlicensed models, they carry no KMB logos but decals are provided.
The bus
- Kowloon Motor Bus took delivery of one-hundred Seddon Pennine 4s between
May 1970 and May 1972. They were registered AR7601 - AR7700. Their appearance changed during their short
life-span, originally featuring curved windscreen and carrying a livery
of cream over red. KMB fitted new basic front-ends to many and a
simplified grille. Owing to some early withdrawals, not all the buses received fleet numbers.
AR7609 was first registered on 5th June 1970 and was retired on 19th July 1979. |
