The model
- this is one of four Seddon Pennine models announced at the
end
of March 2025. Being
unlicensed models, they carry no KMB logos but decals are provided. My
thanks to MSD
Bus for allowing me to share their
photographs.
The bus
- Kowloon Motor Bus took delivery of one-hundred Seddon Pennine IVs
between
May 1970 and May 1972. They were registered AR7601 - AR7700. Their
appearance changed during their short
life-span, originally featuring curved windscreen and carrying a livery
of cream over red. KMB fitted new basic front-ends to many and
a
simplified grille. Owing to some early withdrawals, not all the buses
received fleet numbers.
AR7688 was first registered on 24th December 1970. |
