My thanks to Dennis for providing photographs of this Chubb liveried tram in July 2008. The wording on the side and front reads 'The Total Security Solution'  and the destination reads Hong Kong.
 
No other details are known. If you are able to  provide any further information on this model, please e-mail me.

In April 2021, Steve of Steve's World of Trams advised that having recently obtained this model, a sticker on the base of the box reads “Limited Edition. This is to certify that the Chubb Tramcar is one of the 300 tramcars made in the Year 2006”.  My thanks to Steve for sending me a selection of photographs.
