model was first announced on 3rd May 2024 and it was released on 16th
May. It is the first casting of a 12.8 metre Wrights Gemini 3 bodied
Volvo B8L. It carries all over advertising
for Minna No Tabo, a Japanese Sanrio character created in
1984., Minna no Tabo is a human character. According to
official character profiles his birthday is on May 5 (Children's Day)
and he is a happy and energetic boy who likes sports. He is depicted
surrounded by family and many animal friends. He was originally
designed in 1984 by Akiko Shimasue for use on greeting cards.

Kowloon Motor Bus registered it's first 12.8 metre Gemini 3 bodied
Volvo B8Ls between October and December 2022. Further examples were
registered during March and April 2023 and the last, V6X182 was
registered on 4th August 2023. V6X149 was first registered on 30th
November 2022.
