Rest of the World - New Zhongtong minibuses in Macau

Transmac Macau recently took delivery of a batch of new minibuses from Zhongtong. They include models Zhongtong LCK6759SHEVG and LCK6980SHEVG, which are already operated by TCM as the mainstream of the current fleet. Photographs of ZE01 (AB3221), the LCK6759SHEVG minibus, are featured below. The reason for Transmac introducing these Zhongtong minibuses is to cope with the retirement schedule of the Mitsubishi Rosa minibus, an icon of public bus in Macau, the first sample of which entered service in 1988 with different generations serving Macau over the past decades.

A second bus, ZE06 (AB3324), was reported on route 4 but was taken out of service before it could be photographed.

These two Zhongtong minibuses are the first public buses registered with an AB-prefix
