I was made aware of this
model in April 2022, thanks to Robin Bennett, and at a first glance it
looks like a standard Collector's Model release, but a
closer inspection reveals some anomalies when comparing this model
with the final production model. Firstly, there is no lettering
or logos applied save for the fleetname and fleet number, which reads
DS19, making this a Dennis Jubilant. However, the registration
number of CG3934, which is carried only on the rear, is the
registration of Leyland Victory Mk 2, fleet number LV17! The
final production model carries fleet number LV17. The route
number and destination are as carried by the production model.
Interestingly, and something I have not come across previously,
is the word 'DRAFT' which has been stamped on the limited edition
certificate. Details of the final production model can be found here.
