This vehicle began it's life as a double-deck bus with New Lantao Bus and was first registered on 3rd July 1981, being allocated fleet no. LD4 and registered CN 9992. It was one of four such vehicles delivered new to the company between May and September 1981. She received the standard red/yellow livery. |
|||
In August 1993 she was one of ten Leyland Victory Mk2s that were sold to Citybus and she became fleet no.38. It is believed that she was retired 1n 1997, along with the remaining Leyland Victory Mk 2s. Four of these vehicles were converted for engineering use - No. 36 (CN2611) became a tree-lopping vehicle whilst the others, Nos. 38, 44 and 45 became tow trucks. |
