This website celebrates it's 28th anniversary on Thursday, 5th November, but as I will be away on a mini-break to watch my local football team, AFC Bournemouth, play a Europa League game in Prague, please forgive me for posting this update a day early 🤣. As always, I would like to thank everyone who has contributed to the site over the years and to the many individuals, retailers and organisations who continue to allow me to share their photographs. Last, but not least, special thanks to my wife for putting up with me sat at the laptop for hours on end, and also for allowing me to jet off to Prague later today 🤣🤣. 4th November 2026 | ||||||

report, just a new header photograph for the new month!
This month's 'header' photograph features the first model to be mentioned on this website, back on 5th November 1998. Ironically, the model is based on a tri-axle Leyland Olympian that in 1992 was operating for UK operator Capital Citybus, a subsidiary of Hong Kong operator Citybus (43214). The actual vehicle was a single-door, 12 metre example. 1st November 2026
