The model - first announced on this site in May 2001 was the first release of this new casting from Drumwell, being released in Hong Kong on 8th June. The model features new television monitors, which is what 'Roadshow' is all about!

The bus - the first 12-metre Volvo 'Super' Olympian entered service with KMB in August 1999 and 3ASV27 followed soon after, being delivered on 7 October 1999. KMB launched it's 'Roadshow' decorated bus to commemorate the public listing of the Roadshow Group - the multi-media advertising arm of KMB. The Volvo 'Super' Olympian is easily identifiable, at least on the offside, by the presence of the air-con ventilation grille behind the front wheel.
