The model - this unexpected release was announced on the 80M Bus Model Shop website on 24th January 2006, with a release date of 28th January. This is the third issue of an all-white model, previous issues being the Alexander bodied Volvo B10TL.

The bus -  The Volvo B9TL is one of the latest Volvo low-floor double-decker models. It has superseded the B10TL (Super Olympian) and is available only in 3-axle format.
