The model - represents a 12 metre Olympian (although the casting is to a scaled 11 metre length), clearly identifiable by the additional small window in both upper & lower decks just behind the centre exit doors.

The bus - Long Win Bus Company was established in May 1997, as a wholly owned subsidiary of Kowloon Motor Bus. It operates Airport routes to and from the New territories. LW3 was one of 10 Volvo Olympians registered in May 1997. With the arrival of the Dennis Tridents, these buses were transferred to the KMB fleet in 1999, when LW3 became 3AV346.
