The model - announced at the end of October 2001 was news of another release from Model Bus Evolution (MBE). Again based on the 12-metre Citybus Dennis Dragon, this time with United Airlines (daily non-stop Delhi) all-over adverts. This model is packed in a deluxe "jewel" box and limited to 1,088 pieces. The model was released in Hong Kong during November 2001 and the seating layout of 3+2 is represented correctly.

The bus - 803 is one of eighty 12-metre Dennis Dragons delivered to Citybus between 1995 and 1997. They carry Metal Section (Metsec) bodies, which were assembled in Portugal, and also feature Alexander style front ends. Fleet nos. 801-829 have a 3+2 seating layout, whilst 830-880 have 2+2. 803 entered service in January 1995.

During March 2001, United Airlines placed a number of allover adverts on buses promoting their daily non-stop flights to New York and Delhi from Hong Kong. Unfortunately, these flights were suspended shortly after the September 11th incident. Most of the related buses have now been replaced with other adverts except 803, which is still wearing the same advert.
