The model - this is one of three models announced on the MTR website on 8th May 2024 and released the following day.

The bus - Kowloon-Canton Railway Corporation established its bus division in 1986 and registered thirty-nine Mk 2 MCW Metrobuses between July 1987 and January 1989. These were the last buses built by MCW.
