The model - a fourth release of this casting was on the cards once Kowloon Motor Bus unveiled ASU19 in an 80th Anniversary livery on 29th May 2013. This livery recreates that applied to the batch of Mercedes-Benz 0.305s delivered in 1985. The model was released in Hong Kong on 30th November 2013.

The bus - ASU19 is one of a batch of 20 that entered service in January 2010 following the trials of prototypes ASU1 and ASU2.
